Today was busy but not overly so. Jack had an appointment this morning and Mom and Dad took us and dropped us off for that so that afterward we could have lunch together. We went to Pei Wei's Asian Diner and it was quite good. They had a lot of vegetarian so Mom was pleased with her birthday lunch. Afterward we went to Jamba Juice and all got a smoothie. We dropped Dad off at home and then in the afternoon we went to the library and got books and DVDs and CDs for everyone. We went because Dingo wanted to get a book on where babies come from, though actually when we got there, he mostly wanted a book about dinosaurs and had totally forgotten why we went. We read him part of a baby book anyway and now he's just giggling and saying "vagina" because he can see it's getting on my nerves. I should have told him babies come from Sears. I'm reading Bebe Moore Campbell's Your Blues Ain't Like Mine myself and it's very good but a little sad. I got a couple of silly mysteries too to counterbalance the serious book. In a while we're going to go to Walgreens if I get up the energy. I was supposed to go to bellydancing tonight but I'm not sure I'm up to it, we'll see.
