lisamoeIt was a busy day with far too much good food. I spent the day with R and the kids' paternal relatives, and I unexpectedly also got to spend some time with a friend I haven't seen in a while and we had a good talk. And I spent the evening doing some leisurely cleaning and having another great meal at home. The kids had a great day jumping on their cousins' trampoline. And my roof is mostly on now; two guys came and worked all day on it, for which I am very thankful.
Other things for which I am thankful are: My kids, who have given my life a meaning it never had before. My parents, who have helped me in so many ways and still do whenever I need them. My friends, who let me know I am never really alone. And Scott, who is my strength, my anchor, and my love.
