victorianhero cut my hair today. I think it looks really good. She also straightened it with a flatiron. I had some pictures taken and will put them up ASAP so you can tell me what you think. I like the job she did a lot better than the woman who has been cutting my hair, although she did kinda make fun of me for obviously having cut my own bangs. :-)

I let the 5 year old go in the salon with me. In retrospect, a bad idea. He didn't tear the place up or anything, but he was excessively chatty. Next time, he definitely stays home.

When I was Jack's age, my mother took her with me to the beauty shop and, when they weren't paying attention, I went into the bathroom to get a paper cup of water. The problem was that the cup dispenser was high up on the wall. I didn't want to bother anyone so I climbed up on the sink. I still couldn't quite reach so I tried pulling myself up further by the paper towel holder. Naturally, it couldn't hold me and, I fell. I hit my chin on the sink and, it must have knocked me out since I don't remember anything until my mother and the beauty shop owner were standing over me. I was so sure I was in big trouble since I'd broken the paper towel holder but, the owner didn't mention it at all. I think he was worried about being sued. The doctor gave me stitches. I think I still have a trace of a scar.

I had to giggle at you for cutting your own bangs. I could tell :p
Keep growing them(just a little) if you can....I have some ideas for you. If you get tempted to cut them or need them done come in and I will for no charge.
