I got cute new jeans today. I'm down 2 sizes over the last 2 months! Now I'm buying the size I wore in high school. Of course I was too fat in high school, but still, this is progress.

I'm trying to be realistic about the weight loss, but even so, I think I could be down another 2 sizes by spring if I stick with this eating and exercise plan, which would put me at a size I could be happy with. As it is, my blood pressure has been totally normal, my blood sugar has been normal, and my pulse has been running 60-65, which is very good, for me.

Low-carb, high-protein diet.

Whatever exercise I can get. Bicycling if it's warm enough and Roger will watch the kids. Exercise bike sometimes, taking stairs instead of elevators, dancing around like an idiot, walking, raking leaves. Mainly just getting up off my ass and doing SOEMTHING whenever I can instead of watching TV and/or eating.
