Apr. 18th, 2008 05:51 pmI went to the gym today. I'm increasing the time on the exercise bike back to what I was doing before my injury. I have the upper body and abdominal exercises back to pre-injury levels, but I'm still having to go light on anything that puts pressure on my calf. The inner and outer thigh exercises are fine, but some of the machines that work the upper leg have parts that you work with your lower legs and I still can't take much pressure on the surface of that calf. Still, I got a pretty good workout, I think. Feels good.
