I was rushed at the gym last night so I didn't quite have time for a cardio workout. I just did extra strength work instead and that felt really good. I thought I had probably lost a lot of ground from missing last week, but I hadn't, so that was great. I was even able to move the ab workout up a notch. I have a couple of sore spots today, but it's not too bad. It was amazing how fast I got a mood lift after working out. Leaving the gym, I felt perkier than I had in days. I took a good long look at myself in the full length mirror there on the way out and I'm very pleased with how my legs are shaping up. They look more muscular than fat almost! My arms are better than they were, but still have a way to go. My abs don't even bear thinking about because that's where I need to lose the most fat, but still, my skirts I've been buying in my current size are a tiny bit loose now, so I'll have to keep counting that as progress.
