I made my pecs sore at the gym yesterday!
Feb. 20th, 2008 03:54 pmSo I'm still doing great on going to the gym, but I'm letting my healthy eating slide a little. I need to get that back under control. I'm still eating healthier than I was at the end of last year, no sodas, no giant bowls of sugar cereal, no spaghetti feasts, but I could still be doing better on cutting down the carbs and making sure the ones I do eat are whole grains and fruits and the like. I've been bad about not turning down dessert and eating more rice than I should the last week or so. Anyway, I'm not losing weight, but I'm not gaining either, and I do know I'm gaining muscle mass because I can see it so I'm pretty content with that but I still think I could probably keep dropping weight slowly if I would just control my carb intake better.
