Yikes! Tonight was my Mom's birthday (Happy Birthday Mom!) and we went out to eat and between the meal and the cake, I ate a big batch of carbs. Not as many as I used to eat sometimes, but way more than I should have. The good thing is that it kind of made me queasy and headachy and tired and that's pretty good incentive to not do that again anytime soon. It just isn't worth it in the long run. Tomorrow I'm going to try to avoid carbs pretty much entirely and see if I can't get to the gym for an extra workout (I don't usually go on the weekend) to get my system back in tune.
