So today I had to go to court to get a guardian appointed on one of my cases. I had dressed up for court but gotten a little windblown on the way into the courthouse, so after I got past security I stopped near the elevators where there's a wall with a big mirror on it. I was brushing my bangs back in place and adjusting my skirt when a nice looking older gentleman walked by in the crowd and must have noticed me checking to see if I had everything in place. As he walked past me he just smiled and said "Don't worry, you look lovely, my dear." That was just super nice of him. That sort of thing can make for a really happy day, even if it is a Monday.
