Tonight R and I took the kids to Oktoberfest. We got them wristbands to ride the rides and they did, many times over. I rode a few things with them but mostly they went by themselves. We did the chicken dance, ate a variety of Oktoberfest foods, shopped (I bought some amber earrings and some Crocs and some soap) and generally had a good time. Mom might take them back tomorrow for some of the more cultural aspects cause we went mostly for the carnival rides, but even if she doesn't, I figure they got a pretty good Oktoberfest. :-)
