Perspective

I have a couple of little things weighing on my mind about things I have undone around the house and things I need that I haven't had money for. But this week some friends of mine are going through something unspeakably awful and it really puts my problems in perspective, which is to say that they're not really problems at all, just minor annoyances which will certainly work out in the end. I am really hoping that my friends get through their situation quickly and satisfactorily and that everything works out for them too. I am hopeful for them that their family can come through the next few days with as little trauma as possible.

I hope everything is okay? I hate it when I wish there was something I could do, but there really isn't. Just sitting around waiting for the out come of the situation sucks. If there is anything I can do help give me a call. Hugs....

This is a bit trite sounding, sort of ala Zig Zigler, but a manager who used to work for me never had "problems," she only had "opportunities." As I said, it's a bit trite, but I've always found some value to it. Be well!
