lisamoeI'm getting a lot of lj-notify announcements from the last week or so. I should probably go check those comments out, eh?
This morning I met R at the AMC and we took the kids to see Pirates 3. Jesse was fidgety toward the end, but Dingo seemed enraptured. He likes lots of action in his movies. I saw some folks there I could have lived without running into, but I managed not to get near enough to them to have to acknowledge them, so yay. I really enjoyed the movie, btw, long and silly though it was. It kept me interested even though I was pretty sleepy from being up til 2:00 last night by the time I got to bed after my reunion. I got a nap when I got home and feel much refreshed.
The rest of the day I have earmarked for giving the house a good going-over and a thorough sweeping. This week while I'm off work I'm going to have the kids do the same for their rooms, and maybe by next weekend we'll have it really nice around here.
