Despite the ever-present feeling that I'm the worst mommy in the whole Campfire group, I'm sewing on all my son's emblems that he's earned in the last couple of months right now. His vest is no longer so bare. Yay me!

I think they all stay home with their kids, and cook macrobiotic food, and don't let their kids watch Nickeleodeon and sew on their emblems the moment they get home from meetings while I'm rushing back to work. Sigh. Really, they're nice women, but I think by and large they feel sorry for me because I "have to work." But to tell you the truth, If I was home with these kids 24/7, they'd have to come after me with a butterfly net. My mom does a fabulous job with them during the day, much better than I would do, and they adore her.

Anyhow, Jack is really happy about his vest. I even spot cleaned the chocolate stains and capri-sun spots off of it. I do the best I can.
