So I discovered today that one of my fellow Campfire Moms has an lj. I'm pretty sure she knows I have one cause I've mentioned it on the Campfire list, but she's never said anything about hers to me. Too bad, she's one of the few people there that I genuinely like and would want to know better.

I'm having a good morning. I woke up early for no good reason and got some reading in while the house was quiet. I fixed Mom and me some potato and cheese pirogies for breakfast and fed the kids cereal and oranges. In a little while we're going to go "shop" at Sams Club and by "shop" I mean we're going to go up and down all the sample tables and eat things. The kids think this is grand entertainment.

My to-do list today (beyond eating little samples) is to clean my bedroom, call Jill, get Dingo's birthday party invitations out, and possibly start looking for a job. I have my kids tomorrow night, so we'll have our Valentine's dinner tonight too and I thought I would cook something special. A lasagna or broiled scallops or something.

Best get moving then, if I want to get everything done.

Haha...We've done that a few times. It's great! If you go on the right day you can have a pretty good meal. :) My guys think it's entertainment too.

Well now I wonder who it is! I know of one mom there that has one, because I got her to sign up for it! But she hasn't used it in a couple of years, I don't think. Then I think I know who else it might be and if I'm right then it is someone that might not be forward enough to ask to be friended or whatever.

So... give me the scoop, woman!

ever notice how we want six layers of hermetically sealed wrap on our Tylenol, but we'll pop any old thing in our mouths that a granny is giving out samples of in the store?

Actually, I'm not a cautious person at all. I'd never notice if my Tylenol was tampered with and I eat fruit on my way home from the store without rinsing it. So far, still alive, lol. I know, I know, I'm a tainted grape away from disaster.

There weren't a lot of samples today, but we did try some mahi mahi fishsticks that were good and we bought those. Jesse is happy anyway because he got a pound of blueberries which he is currently eating. We also got a Godiva cheesecake, which is all the Valentine's day I need. :-)
