I don't feel very well this morning. My endo is bothering me and I feel slightly feverish and I have this funny prickly feeling in my skin. And I'm tired, but that's kind of normal. I felt dizzy driving to work today so I came back home to lie down. I'm going to have to go in for a while this afternoon though, if only to get my messages and bring some work home. I'm trying to decide if I'm actually sick, or if I've just pushed myself too much recently and just need to rest.

I just got a call from my OB that I have "abnormal cells" on my Pap. I'm going to have to go on tetracycline for a week and have a repeat pelvic in about three months. I feel your pain.

Did they double check? They check Paps so fast, that they often get a false positive. Then, they retest and the lab sees that it is a 2nd test - they pay more attention. The labs crank through so many paps. And tetracycline... really? My friend has had several abnormal paps, but they went in an burned off the abnormal cells. Weird thing... she had no more abnormal paps after her divorce - as if it were some sort of weird allergic reaction.

:(

My wife went through years of endometriosis, had two surgeries and is generally better, but life's not the same as before endo. She invites you to visit with her about it, if you are so inclined.
