There is a Roboraptor running around my house right now. Presumably hunting the cat and generally destroying things. Now THAT was a good idea.

This morning my folks and I went over to R's for the Santa giftorama and they (my parents) took the Big Red Stocking o' fun. They left after watching the feeding frenzy stocking opening, and I stayed and watched the boys play with toys for an hour or two. After that R drove us out to the Cherokee Casino to the Wild Potato buffet and then took us home. We brought a lot of the toys over here to my house. Davey has been playing with his scooter and raptor and Jack has been running around the yard with his GPS seeing where he's been and playing with his hovercoptor. We had to come back inside to charge the copter though. And get the instructions for the GPS cause it seems to be complicated. Jack brought his new tabletop theatre style popcorn popper over too and made us popcorn. I guess that's going to be a fixture here. It makes good popcorn though, so I'm not complaining.

I hope everyone is having a good holiday today. We are It's been nice not to have too much in the way of family obligations today, just time to let the kids enjoy the day.
