lisamoeS and I went to a wine and cheese tasting tonight. I really should be writing down the things we try at these so I'll know what I liked later. There was a blue cheese I was particularly fond of but I've already forgotten the name of it. Probably on account of the wine, lol. We saw some folks there that I thought having to talk to would be awkward, but it wasn't. At least it seemed that way to me. I also saw a girl there that I used to know 10 or 15 years ago. I wanted to say hi to her but wasn't sure she'd remember me.
After the cheese thing we went to Borders for a while. The guys at the drink counter were sweet and gave me a big smoothie even though I only paid for a small one. And they put a mountain of whipped cream on top. Maybe I looked nice tonight or something.
Earlier today the kids sang Xmas carols at a nursing home with Campfire. Davey was a big hit again just like he was at St. Francis. This time the lady from the nursing home asked if we could move him right in front so the residents could see him cause he was being so cute. That was shiny. :-)
