Today we drove up to Swan Dairy in Claremore to order Xmas presents and buy raw milk and cheese. We (Mom and the kids and I) ate half a block of smoked cheddar on the way back. I brought back raw cheese curds for eating later and we got some heavy cream for holiday cooking and a couple of pounds of sharp cheddar for various and sundry purposes plus some milk, which is the best tasting milk I know of. Yep, our arteries are clogging before our eyes, but it's so good!

it's official...i hate you. that smoked cheddar is my FAVORITE cheese in the world. you should taste it made into a grilled cheese on amish wheat bread.

OMF'nG I love the cheese curds! The milk is awesome, too, but the cheese curds... mmmmm
