lisamoeIt's really cold tonight and both little ones are curled up next to me in bed. I get so frustrated with trying to be a good mom 24/7. Some parts of motherhood come easily to me and some are so difficult that I just hope my kids survive. But tonight, they're asleep, all quiet and happy and adorable. Makes it all worthwhile.

Date: 2002-12-23 08:45 am (UTC)I think the most all-inclusive definition for Attachment Parenting is answering your child's call. Never letting them "cry it out." Always (or nearly always) picking them up when they just want to be held.
And ditto for family bed. Tyler never had a crib. She now has a toddler bed, but it is pinned to the wall with my own bed, so she is still right next to me.
