I went to the Red Cross today to donate, but was deferred for iron that was one point too low. That happens about every other time I go. It's this damn endometriosis that causes me to lose too much blood. I'll take some iron supplements and try again in a week. I saw

I finished up some Christmas shopping today and got gifts made for my MIL and SIL. I made homemade hot cocoa mix and put it in hand- decorated glass jars. (We were all supposed to make gifts this year) My Mom and Dad came over and brought Yule gifts for the boys. Tonight we took the boys and a friend out looking at Christmas lights at Spunky Creek, a tragically overdecorated housing addition in Catoosa. Tomorrow we're going shopping for stuff for Christmas dinner. All very wholesome, no?
