So I'm back on my low-carb diet. I realized that the scales had crept up five pounds over the last few months of not low-carbing and not much exercise. I guess that's not TOO bad. I lost 23 lbs in just a few months last fall. The first few days are the hardest and then I find the carb cravings receding as my body adjusts. And with luck the weather will get better soon so I can get out and get more exercise. Oh, and I was hooked on caffeine again and am kicking that as well, although it's giving me a mild headache. Gosh, I feel virtuous. :-)
