My weight was 162 this morning. Not that I'm not grateful, I guess, but I'm baffled. That's a pound lower than my lowest weight when I was working out a lot and 2 lbs down from just over a week ago. If I broke 160 it would be the first time since I was in high school.

I'm assuming that none of your meds have weight loss as a side effect? I assume its not a bad thing, or that its caused by some health thing, since you seem to stay on top of that. Congratulations.

I never realized how difficult is to loose some weight until I set my goal to just get rid of less than 10 pounds. Consistensy, daily mointoring, self discipline, smart eating, exercise....all of this and more...easier said than done. You are doing it the righ way, you will achieve your goal. Good luck and congratulations for getting rid of some.

Thanks. All I am doing is eating more fruit, nuts, milk, a little more vegetables, and not eating fast food or eating out much. But I haven't cut out sweets or denied myself anything in particular except cutting down on potatoes some. It just seems like that shouldn't be enough to make such a difference. I'm always sort of active just by virtue of being busy, but I haven't "exercised" at all.
