I had company this morning at my house, which hardly ever happens, so I spent the last few days trying to straighten up enough that I didn't feel bad about having company. I actually got a lot done, some more useless things thrown out and some clothes sorted out for Goodwill. I am pretty happy with the results, at least in the common areas of the house. It's cleaner in here than it's been in a year probably. I didn't clean the bedrooms, but while I was working anyway, I got the kids' bed linens all washed and caught up some of their laundry too. I've been enjoying sitting around in my clean living room this afternoon. Well, I've had a headache, which wasn't that enjoyable, but at least I got to have my headache in a clean room. :-)
