So yesterday my Mom takes the boys to Andy B's Bowling to use their free bowling coupons. They get there and Jesse is bowling along when he spots $13 on the floor near their lane. Jesse, being the good citizen he is, picks it up and takes it up to the desk in case anyone has lost it. He goes back and continues bowling and when they get done and are leaving the desk stops him and says no one claimed the $13 so he should take it since he found it.

Jesse is pretty excited about this unexpected windfall when, on the way home, he remembers that I had given him $13 on his way out the door to buy snacks and bring me a drink when they came back. And mysteriously, he only has $13 in his pocket rather than $26.

He has lost and turned in his own money.
