Tonight Mom and a friend and I took various offspring to the ballet because we got tickets free, for an overall savings of nearly $500, which you can't beat with a stick. We all had a better time than I thought we were going to, even if we were exposed to culture. The first ballet was some Mozart and was ok, but the second was ragtime and the third was Canival of the Animals and those were both great. Dingo was yelling "Encore!" At the BALLET. Dingo is not a ballet kind of kid, so I guess it was pretty good.

The kids had a blast and talked about part two all the way home.
And Lee sat sort of mostly still for large chunks of ballet !!!!!
