Jan. 1st, 2009 06:14 pmI don't so much make new year's resolutions, but I do sometimes make plans and hope to stick with them. Last year I gave up drinking sugared sodas, which was a big deal for me, but I did it. This year I am going to try to hit the gym at least twice or thrice a week and use an exercise bike at home when I can't get there. Last year I was doing well on working out until about halfway through the year and then I had some things come up and stopped going. I felt better when I was going though, so I'm going to give it my best shot this year. I'm not setting a goal of losing weight or anything, just trying to do a minimum amount of exercise and hope that some benefits follow.
