Today at the park I saw dozens of goslings and a bunch of mama geese. They were all in one big flock near the outdoor cafe. I hope the babies know which mama they go with; geese all look alike to me.

A baby goose is imprinted on its specific mama. ONly problem is: don't ever stand there and watch a goose egg hatch, so YOU'll be the hatchling's "mama" and won't THAT be fun?! Most cities don't let you keep livestock or wild birds in your house, so you'd have to move to somewhere goose-compatible....
