Laptop goodness

I am posting from my new laptop, which I love very much. I found a silly rainbow polka dotted laptop case at a discount store and I got a plain black case for Jesse, who got the same laptop, which he loves very much too. I love how small it is. It's a 14.1 in. screen and relatively lightweight, so is easy to carry around. It also picks up my Dad's wireless from next door, which is super handy. I loaded a big batch of cheap games on it for Dingo to distract himself with when we're out and about. I'd like to put some things on it for me, but it's been a long day and I'm too tired.

I am loving my new little bitty laptop as well! Its the first one I've had and it is SO amazing to me to be able to take it anywhere!:)

You guys are making me think I should have gone for small. I went for the big 17" laptop. I love the screen, especially now that I game on it. But I bought the darned thing to help me with being Cookie Supervisor, so no big screen was needed for that. It is my only computer, too.

And finally... it's friggin' heavy. And it doesn't fit in most cute bags made for laptops. :-(

It came preloaded with Vista, which is fine. I'm not a big fanatic about any one operating system over another. I guess I just don't know what I'm doing enough to realize why I want one over another, lol.

I would have gotten a big one too, except that my experience with the 17" ones at work has been that they are so unwieldy!

Everyone at CF thinks I'm wasteful because we have enough computers for everyone is the house to be on at once - I consider it a sanity issue !

I didn't care either 'til I got my new Vista laptop, which has been a pita ...so I didn't know if that was unique to me, or this model, or if 'all the cool kids' already knew this,lol !

My hubby found mine for me, and the weight was one of teh first things he looked for, since as he said, I would never take it with me anywhere if I had to lug yet another bag around. This one is awesome and fits in my purse and hardly weighs anything. I love it:)

He has a big one, though and says he hates the weight, "But look at all the cool things I can do on it..."
