Movie night, new shoes and pizza woes!
Nov. 21st, 2007 06:15 pmSo tonight is movie night at Chateau Lisamoe. The kids and I are watching Hairspray and UHF and the plan was to call Pizza Hut because Jesse likes it. I hate Pizza Hut pizza so I tried to order wings, but they don't have the wings I like in this market, so I sighed and just ordered pizza, then got an immediate call back from a number in Missouri informing us that Pizza Hut doesn't have a delivery store on our side of town. Which did not distress me a bit as I have almost never had a good experience with either the suck-ass food or the customer service at Pizza Hut, but Jesse was getting worked up about it and didn't want Mazzio's, which is what Dingo wanted. We finally settled on Domino's, which they'll both eat and has the wings I like and is just down the street and is cheaper than Pizza Hut. I ordered online and can now just put that same order in every time, which is cool.
Other than that, I had NOTHING to do at work today but felt like I should stay because there were only three people in the whole office. I sat and messed with rearranging playlists on my Zune a good portion of the day. I ran out with Pops in the morning and brought back coffee and pastries for the three of us and that was pretty much the excitement of the day. R brought me lunch, which was nice of him.
After work I ran and picked up a prescription and bought the boys new sneakers and hats and gloves. They've been in sandals and crocs until today. The day before Thanksgiving. This is the first day this fall that's been cold enough that Crocs won't do which is a little odd, come to think of it.
