My friend Shawn has started a photography business and she took some wonderful pictures of my boys yesterday. I can't get over how she gets their personalities to shine through. When I take them to a commercial studio, they always want Jesse to have this pasted on smile that is SO not him, but Shawn just takes his serious little face like he is. She's a homeschooling mom who is really good with kids, her rates are very reasonable and she is very flexible about locations and stuff. Also, I think she has some sort of homeschool family special if you ask.

There are brilliant! Jesse just seems to have this dep in thought expression about him, I wouldnt even say that he looks very serious.. although the one titled Jesse 3 he has a bit of a grin, that is very natural and cute! the one with Dingo touching his nose is great too!!!!
