Dingo: Mama, what's the other word that starts with the sound di-a?
Jesse: Diametrically?
Me: I don't know, Dingo, what's the first word you were thinking of?
Dingo: I don't know, Mama. What word was I thinking of?
Jesse: Maybe the first word he was thinking of was diametrically.
Me: Why don't we just turn on the radio?

Diagonal sounds plausible. I dont *think* Dingo knows the word diaphanous, and we say di-mund 'round these parts. Or maybe it was something the Mother Ship beamed to him to say. I think that happens all too frequently. I was pleased that Jesse knew diametrically though.
