Wow, what a busy holiday! The kids have had a fabulous day though, and have gotten so many presents it looks like a Toys R Us has exploded in the living room. My SIL apparently bought them every single Lilo and Stitch and Spongebob toy ever made, lol. Santa brought them lots of books and puzzles and games and candy. Other relatives have made with the clothes (and more toys.) It's a little stunning. I myself got a lot of very nice things too, including the Firefly DVD set, yay!

My octogenarian MIL was feeling too ill to host Xmas dinner and I guess they were just going to eat whatever was around the house, so I took her and my FIL in a lunch of baked ham, candied yams, baked potatoes, asparagus, dressing and rolls. She seemed so happy she almost started crying. We left them the dinner and then R and the kids and I went to a little diner and had a nice lunch ourselves. The rest of the day has been a mix of running by relatives' houses and running home to pick up things and even relax a little.

Merry Xmas (or other holiday of your choice) to all, even those who wouldn't wish one for me. I hope your holiday was as pleasant as mine and the kids' has been.
