Jesse auditioned and got a part in a play at the Broken Arrow Community Playhouse, The Mad Adventures of Mr. Toad. The show will be in early November, the first two weekends I believe. If you have kids and want to bring them, that would be awesome. Or even if you don't have kids but you just want to come see Jesse and sit with me, I'm sure I'll end up going to all the performances because what kind of stage mom would I be if I didn't? I'll post the play details when it gets closer to time. I'm very happy for him. He's pretty crazy about being on stage.

Take me out to the ballgame...
Aug. 28th, 2007 10:16 pmTonight is the night that I learn the valuable lesson that "free" baseball tickets are going to end up costing me $40. We had a very good time at the Drillers game but it wasn't free, lol. We ended up upgrading our tickets to box seats for $5 each and then we had to have drinks and peanuts and chili pie and cotton candy, etc. Still a really nice outing with the boys though, and the weather was very nice once the sun set a little bit.
Oh, and you know how they scan the crowd and put people up on the big scoreboard? Of course they aimed right at us, so Dingo got up and wiggled his butt at the camera while Jesse made armpit farts. I wonder if it's too late to trade them for little girls.
