Thedailykos.com--most days
Wikipedia.com--for something or other--most days
Neopets.com--most days
Yahoo.com homepage and email--most days
Tulsaworld.com--most days
Televisionwithoutpity.com--whenever there's a new Idol or House

That's pretty much it for my regular sites, though there are lots of other places I check weekly or so, depending on how they update.
