Holy crap! I've been shoveling literally tons of gravel all afternoon, building paths around the property out of a giant gravel pile in the driveway and I am now blistery and sunburned and parched. My muscles don't hurt really bad though, not yet anyway. The last 8 months of weightlifting must be paying off. I have more shoveling to do tomorrow but I think I've had enough for today and am ready for a nice bath.
